SRVP Ops: I’m Lisa Meyer and i work for RehabCare and I’m a Regional Vice President in our Skilled Rehab Services Division and I cover the states of Missouri in Illinois. And I’ve been working with Judy Ryan and LifeWork Systems for several years now. I’ve seen some huge changes already with my leadership team in their ability to interact with each other and reach out to each other when they need assistance.

ADO: My name is Ashley Todd and I am an Area Director of Operations for RehabCare in Missouri. What we’ve learned in this is how to mold your your interactions with your peers and your direct reports to help them be successful, you know and then help your organization be successful because of that.

ADO 2 So hi my name is Lori Toennies. I’m an Area Director of Operations with RehabCare. I really enjoyed learning the tools and techniques that are available through LifeWork Systems. There’s been an array of tools that we’ve been taught recently that are very practical, that we can immediately begin implementing in our day to day life.

SRVP Ops: We’ve brought this together because we want to enhance what we are doing with our patients and to be able to create a joyful caring community for not only our staff but also for the residents and families we service.
