Communication is as critical in parenting as it is at work. Hear how this system engineer learned skills that helped him at work and at home with his children.
Tanny: I’ve seen great strides in my personal life with my children. It’s been an area of frustration. One child has just turned five. Another has just turned three, and I’ve seen a lot of these skills really positively helping our children communicate and verbalize, especially at an early age. LifeWork skills and tools have helped me effectively realize that I was lacking in an area of in certain areas of communication. These communication skills, I believe, should be incorporated in early childhood development, and it’s really something that our culture in America, as well as globally, should incorporate.
