When trust is built, it is very obvious and the benefits show up in transparent conversations, even with authority figures.
Preston: It’s really apparent that trust has been built. Really, people feel more comfortable talking with one another about situations that might have been more uncomfortable before, and also just myself I’m able to communicate things with my superiors, things that I would have found more challenging before. The benefit of it is once people really start getting on board with the culture change, once the employees start embracing that, because without that it’s just a huge struggle from the top down.
