It’s vital to have everyone participating in culture change. That’s the only way to sustain change and ensure everyone has a common set of concepts, terms, tools and processes.
IT Supervisor: I really do like that everyone’s being included in this cultural process because if everybody knows what we’re working on doing, then they understand that we’re trying to improve them, number one. Not only that, they understand when I say something, there’s a framework, and a language that I can use that, we we have a common understanding of, and I think with it being laid out precisely the way it is in LifeWorks. And then they go, “Oh i see.” What you’re trying to do – it’s a little more effective.
