HR Director: Teamwork has improved tremendously. That’s because the attitude in our people has changed over each other. And because of that, productivity has increased. The quality of the work is better because people are communicating with each other.
Owner: Well I think it’s improved my relationships because I’m more, I’m paying more attention and I’m hearing rather than just listening. I’m hearing not only what they’re saying but I’m also feeling and and understanding the communication much better.
CEO/Owner: I’m learning that leadership is not about controlling and telling people what to do. It’s about inspiring and empowering them to have choices, and to really be creative in their work, to really be fulfilled in their work, in a way that’s meaningful for them.
