CultureEX™ Leader Review is a 12-session series (2-hours each) providing access to all concepts, terms, and tools within our immersive, yearlong guided CultureEX™ transformation process. Information is provided along with coaching and engagement in the sessions.
This program does not include additional services of assessments, individual training, group sessions, mentoring and more, provided in the full culture transformation process.
CultureEX™ Leader Review is for all leaders who want an interim step to understand ideologically and practically a what a responsibility-based culture model offers first. After this first step, they then determine buy-in for our proven, immersive implementation process
Note: Our immersive implementation additionally includes multiple assessments, monthly individual online training and workbook assignments, staff-led group work, peer and reverse mentoring, application, coaching and oversight, and systems integration. The immersive implementation works because it is based on best practices in education.
The primary objective of the CultureEX™ Leader Review is to share the concepts, terms and tools of our culture change system minus the immersive activities in the full implementation process. Participants gain clarity and determine alignment with the basis of the kind of culture before taking the step of what kind of implementation best supports consistency, retention and sustainability.
The 12 sessions of this leader review are each 2-hours long. This program has delivered in as few as 6 weeks (2 hours, twice per week), 6 months (2 hours twice per month) and can be delivered over 12 months (2 hours each month)
