In this 1-hour interactive, virtual clinic, participants will:
1: Five things we believe and do that create separation and trigger tension or awkwardness between people
2: Why and how to focus on questions that bring out the best in people individually and as they communicate with each other
3: How to apply a questioning and receptivity strategy that helps people feel seen and heard so they enjoy connecting with one another

During the clinic there will be a live demonstration of a couple of tools / techniques you can implement right away to build/improve communications that are otherwise challenging, awkward or focused in a demoralizing direction.
