3 months of our culture transformation process
Our yearlong CultureEX™ Guided Transformation Process requires time and money. This mini-project provides direct experience of our immersive implementation, including all components such as assessments, pre-project training, individual training and workbook assignments, participant-led group review sessions, including leader prep, peer and reverse mentoring, and oversight by a LifeWork Systems Consultant at group review and mentoring sessions.
