Introduction
Most people do not know or fully understand what comprises emotional intelligence and social intelligence, and even when they do, they don’t always know how to develop the competencies within them or how to apply them to continuous improvements in so many cooperative practices. Without this, behavior and thinking remains without intentional structure nor systems to support positive, powerful and productive relationships. In this presentation, each person comes to understand what creates fear, the role of choices and adaptability, the necessary shift from awareness to mastery and how to take full responsibility for all aspects of our being, including the healthy integration of our thinking, feeling and relationship capabilities.
The negative effects and costs suffered at the hands of those not self-aware or self-managing, are immeasurable as they recklessly abuse, neglect and violate the priority needs and values of others. Conversely, the positive effects enjoyed in the presence of people aware of themselves and others, who manage their behaviors and choose what they intentionally cause one another, are also immeasurable and ensure positive advances to meet today and tomorrow’s requirements.
