When all employees participate in culture change, everyone has a common understanding and can speak about the same terms, concepts, and support each other in applying the same tools and processes.
David: In order to be successful we all have to be moving towards the same goal and the foundation needs to be strong. It needs to be understood by everyone needs, to be lived by everyone. It’s not just for the company. It’s not just for our patients. It’s not just for our employees. It’s for everybody. So having that strong foundation builds that success, so that everyone has the opportunity, and they can reach their goals together. That it’s not a flavor of the week, or the month of the year. That it’s a commitment that they’re investing in, and it’s taken serious. From the employees that I talk to every day, to the leadership team, they don’t make you feel like you have to have an answer or that an answer is right or wrong. They listen. They speak to you with open arms which is nice. It’s not a so much of a top-down mentality.
