Education stakeholders include the school teachers, administrators, parents, students and even some of the community members.
Elementary Teacher: I’ve definitely seen a major improvement in my classroom. I’ve seen children solving their own problems more instead of me solving them.
Principal Terrell: This program has taught me that i don’t know as much as i thought i knew.
Principal Sam: What kind of rules will we have – kids will have something to say about that, and I think teachers will laugh all the way to the bank.
Student: I like to talk and try to solve the problems.
Student: We get to show the teacher how she is, and she show us how we are.
Parent: I mean I can see the changes in my kids. The changes in my relationship with my wife, with my co-workers. And it’s a totally whole new way of thinking.
Deputy Director: The Vanguard award for exceptional service is presented by the St Louis Mental Health Board to organizations who have made amazing accomplishments because of the way that they are using innovation or applying methodology in unconventional or creative ways.
