Culture change came in handy when RehabCare, an 18,000 person organization, was going through an acquisition by an even larger healthcare organization. The Regional Vice President and two of her Area Directors of Operations speak out on the benefits they experienced as they adopted the LifeWork Systems culture transformation process.
RSVP, Ops Lisa: “I’m Lisa Meyer and I work for RehabCare and I’m a Regional Vice President. I’ve been working with LifeWork Systems for several years. I’ve seen some huge changes already with my leadership team in their ability to interact with each other and reach out to each other when they needed assistance.”
