Leadership skills help everyone to gain understanding and new ways of working with others.
Director: My name is Betty Leventhal. I’m the Patient Care Director at Barnes Jewish Hospital for Mental Health and Psychiatric Services. We had a lot of people go through the course. I think it was 120 managers and supervisors. So it gave me some new tools, some new ways of thinking about things, that I thought were very helpful. I see a lot of positives coming out of the course and I see a lot of opportunities for working with some of the other course material as well.
