Inclusivity in a culture change process is essential so that everyone has a common set of concepts, tools and processes. This enhances understanding, trust, and teamwork.
Krad: It’s essential everybody’s included team in the process because we showing we’re all a team so if we want to work as a team, you know, every single person is on the team so, everybody should be included. I do think that seeing other people taking the plunge and being open is kind of letting you let your guard down. Being compassionate and kind of realizing that every person has something going on. So just be mindful of where they’re coming from, you know and being aware of that more and more so then not having to go through LifeWorks. Open-mindedness is key to you know, for a company for people who are starting LifeWorks process. What I do know is that I’m more aware. LifeWorks has helped us to work better as a team, to trust each other, and to value where every coworker is coming from and going through.
