Knowing and sharing purpose or one’s WHY is the most important thing to identify and become aligned.

CEO, Owner: This is important work for each person within the team because it involves exercises that truly build team. It involves exercises that allow each person to develop their own leadership skills, to manage themselves, to manage their own relationships and communication, and really find what’s important for them, what’s going to be meaningful work for them. What are they going to be able to be passionate about? What is their own Mission, Vision, Values around the work that they’re doing?

Owner: We had created a common goal. We had we knew what our values were. We knew what our goals were, and we knew where we were all going, where before we were pretty scattered.

Owner: everybody was pretty much on their own in the workplace. It’s important for everybody to be able to pursue their personal passions as well as their professional passions. And I think it’s important to integrate that in the organization because not everybody’s going to have the same goals and objectives, but to be able to share that and be able to support each other, just makes for a more effective organization.
