When you provide mentoring rather than simply managing people, you communicate better, support others better and create great relationships,
HR Director: Teamwork has improved tremendously. That’s because the attitude in our people has changed towards each other, and because of that, productivity has increased. The quality of the work is better because people are communicating with each other.
Owner: Well I think it’s improved my relationships because I’m paying more attention and I’m hearing rather than just listening. I’m hearing, not only what they’re saying, but I’m also feeling and understanding the communication much better.
CEO and Owner: I’m learning that leadership is not about controlling and telling people what to do. It’s about inspiring and empowering them to have choices, and to really be creative in their work, to really be fulfilled in their work, in a way that’s meaningful for them.
