School reform is not for the faint of heart. This Principal wrestled with the new concepts and tools we brought to him. He eventually came to accept and value them but at times was frustrated to have to consider that some of his ideas needed to be updated.
Principal: “This program has taught me that I don’t know as much as I thought I knew. You know you’ve been, I’ve been around for 31 years and it would seem that you’ve seen everything and heard everything, but there are some things that I didn’t know, even with all that experience.”
