Purpose is powerful in transforming reactivity to mindful responses, whether at work or at home, as you interact with adults or children.
Krad: Sometimes you just go, you know you’re very reactive, so to have purpose in mind when you’re doing anything, it’s very helpful. Because it keeps your eyes on a bigger picture versus just you know kind of being in the moment and doing what’s what feels right, which could be wrong. So I do know that I’m more aware, like if let’s say even my kids and somebody’s acting out, I’m always like okay, I’m gonna try to be as patient as possible.
