Rita: “My name is Rita MERZ and I work for Penta engineering. I’m the HR Manager. I noticed that our teamwork has improved tremendously. That’s because the attitude in our people has changed toward each other. That has made a positive impact on the company as a whole and because of that productivity has increased, the quality of the work is better, because people are communicating with each other.”
