Improving life at home and work with key relationship skills is essential for happiness. These skills translate in many settings, and help everyone, at every age, and in every situation.
Manager: This is changed my home life a lot. It was astonishing because i thought oh my gosh i know how well this works with my kids even the little bits that i can do with it, so to have a clear model, and some checklists, and some coaching, has improved my entire life, everything!
Denise: It’s funny it does make my life better at work and at home. I don’t think you can have an improvement at home that doesn’t affect your job, or an improvement on the job that doesn’t affect your home life. I’ve shared a lot of my learning with my husband. He’ll say you’re using that LifeWorks on me now aren’t you?
Shelonda: It’s improved both work and home because i’m in a more trusting and open environment. Even if there is a situation where a co-working my and i walk away from a conversation and we’re frustrated, I can easily work it out. I can easily think it through and get back to where we’re on a good page, and we have a good relationship. And because everything at work is so much better, it translates into home. I’m not going home and talking about negative situations or not being happy, and having a recap everything that’s happened throughout the day. I can just go home and enjoy life with my family. My husband doesn’t have to hear a bunch of stories.
Erin: Work has improved drastically since utilizing LifeWork Systems and I’ve used it with my children at home and I can see although they’re quite young that the tools will be beneficial with them as well.
Tanny: I’ve seen great strides in my personal life with my children. These communication skills I believe should be incorporated in early childhood development, and it’s really something that our culture in America as well as globally, should incorporate.
