CIO: My two managers had difficulty communicating and after we used LifeWorks and realized that they were very different in their thought concepts, we were very quickly able to identify the best ways for them to communicate with each other, and recognize each other’s gifts and strengths. I feel that trustworthiness is an essential foundation to any group. I know that it’s become a foundation here among my teams because I see them working out differences among each other in a respectful manner.
