The value and benefits of culture change is important to witness, experience, measure and sustain over time.
Lorraine: I have noticed a staff that is happier more productive and working better as a team.
David: They understand when I say something there’s a framework that we we have a common understanding of.
Lori: I’m not causing that power over or power under but that we have a mutual respect for one another.
Subash: The benefits of Penta were many.
Merrille: I know this program made a tremendous change in our business.
Christen: Lifeworks model has it is everything. It’s packed full.
Lisa: It’s great thing for our organization and really we started to see those results.
Kevin: Having a system in place allows everyone to know how to behave, how to act, and how to interact.
