Audience

Yearlong memberships are for any professional, in any role, at any age, interested in, and aware of the relevance of learning about the future of organizational culture and adopting strategies to thrive within them. Participants who seek a path to meet today’s complexity, speed of change, diversity, and technology will benefit. 

Course Objective

Memberships provide participants a year of the right combination of services that meet their needs and wants. They choose from a combination of individual and group courses, group review sessions, coaching, mentoring and support in applying what’s learned, from peers, and with oversight from experienced LifeWork Systems consultants.

Duration

A total commitment of 12 months, 2- 7 hours per month, with 2-4 hours per month average, depending upon the membership option chosen
